Mr. Geoff Teader

Geoff Teader transferred to Manchester from London in the 60s and has subsequently worked as a specialist contractor within the construction industry. In May 1970, He formed Amalgamated Ltd., providing a comprehensive service, from design to maintenance, within the fire alarm industry. He has operated as sole Director for the last 25 years and has been both Manchester Branch and NW Regional Chairman of the Electrical Contractors Association. He continues to serve on two national commitiees. He was invited onto the board of Manchester Business Link to represent SMEs and has served for 14 consecutive years.

Mr. Allan Littler

Allan Littler joined Amalgamated Ltd. as Non Executive Chairman in April 2001 to aid the process of Corporate Governance and to provide additional imputes to the planning process. He currently holds several non Executive positions within the electrical industry, ECA, JIB and NICEIC. He has recently been appointed Vice President of the ECA (Electrical Contractors Association), which continues to be the leading Trade Association for the £11 billion Contracting Industry. Allan was employed by Manweb, rising to position of Managing Director For Scottish Power Plc. Allan has Qualifications in management and Electrical Engineering and is a member of the British Institute of Management (MBIM).
