ECA Warranty and Bond

Amalgamated Ltd. have been an active member of the ECA for 30 years are covered by both the ECA's Warranty and Bond giving even greater protection to our clients.

ECA Warranty

The ECA Warranty is valid for a period of six years from completion of the contract, providing the client with an assurance that if any work carried out by an ECA member fails to comply with the relevant standard it will be rectified at no further expense to the client, up to a maximum value of £100,000.

ECA Bond

The ECA Bond provides an assurance that if the ECA members works is not completed, determined for a specified reason, such as insolvency, then the additional cost of completion will be met by the insurer up to a maximum limit of £50,000 or 10% of the members' contract value, whichever is the lowest.
