Fire Integrated Solutions Ltd acquired by Amalgamated Ltd
Please be informed that Fire Integrated Solutions Ltd.[FIS] has now been acquired by Amalgamated Ltd.
If you are unfamiliar with Amalgamated, we can advise that we have been in the specialist Fire & Security Industry for 47 years and have established operations in the North, Midlands and South. Last year we received an ECA Contractor of the Year award. We also continue to serve on the Fire and Security Association National Committee and were invited as a recognised Fire and Security employer onto the Government’s initiative to promote a new Trailblazer Apprenticeship specifically tailored for our sector.
Unifying the two companies, FIS and Amalgamated, increases the capacity of our established Fire and Security operations serving London and the South and enhances our ability to respond effectively to client needs whilst the retention of engineering staff will ensure a seamless period for transition with customer care the focus of our attention.
