Design - The Amalgamated design team produces fast, flexible and effective system solutions including presentation via Computer Aided Design where appropriate.
Supply & Commissioning - For those clients with engineering staff or preferred contractors, Amalgamated will supply equipment and technical support. On completion of each installation, our team of specialist engineers will commission and certificate the system to promote integrity and maximise reliability.
Installation - Where installation is required, Amalgamated has the skilled operatives and management expertise to provide a ‘turn -key’ package. Clients benefit through the exacting standards demanded by our membership of the Electrical Contractors Association and registration with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors and the Joint Industrial Board.
Servicing and Maintenance Contracts - All our products and installations are maintained at the highest level of performance through our Customer Care Service, which operates throughout the year. Day or night, our network of field engineers is linked by the latest technology, including Global Satellite Navigation Systems and personal Digital Assistants.
24 HOUR CALL OUT
We offer a seamless 24 hour call out response service which forms an integral element of our customer care policy. It is structured to maximize the integrity of the client’s fire alarm system to ensure the highest level of operational performance at all times throughout the year.
