PA/VA Systems
For large buildings, offices & factories, our systems can provide back ground music with announcements for staff, site visitors & the general public informing them of emergencies, general information & assistance calls.
System Monitoring
We can also provide you with ‘Out of Working Hours’ monitoring. Our systems will allow you to chose who will be notified in the event of alarm activation.
24 HOUR CALL OUT
We offer a seamless 24 hour call out response service which forms an integral element of our customer care policy. It is structured to maximize the integrity of the client’s fire alarm system to ensure the highest level of operational performance at all times throughout the year.
Our customer care policy strives to exceed customer expectations through the provision of a professional, safe and timely service, which is complimented by effective, innovative and courteous communications.
With emergency call outs our engineers aim to be on site within 4 hours to attend to the fault, giving our customers complete support at all times. The majority of sites are attended within one hour. The engineer will contact the originator of the emergency call out and advise on his estimated time of arrival and any immediate action which can be taken by the client.
