Amalgamated have provided a first class and very open honest approach to the management and have adhered to the working agreements set out. They are also welcome to change and continuous improvement. Regular communication has been set up in the agreed monthly meetings and continual phone and email communications are undertaken.
All staff are highly qualified and offer an excellent service in relation to our internal clients offering detailed but non too technical solutions and advice. Staff turnover has been negative and all engineers related to our contract are still employed having now gained good knowledge of our sites. Amalgamated are very responsive to investigation and clarification of complaints, will be very flexible in their approach and resolve them speedily. KPI’s have been set up and Amalgamated have welcomed the introduction to allow us to monitor their performance but also so they can improve on service to us from constructive feedback.
